- Use the right lanes to continue onto CA-163 South
- Take the I-5 North/Park Blvd Exit Ramp

- Take I-5 South
- Exit 10th Ave

Parking
Parking in Balboa Park lots is free. Click below to see parking areas. Please keep in mind it will be Memorial Day weekend so give yourself enough time to find parking.
Try to park in the red area, otherwise park in the lots marked yellow and blue.
Tram
The free tram provides access to Balboa Park's museums and attractions and runs daily from 9am to 6pm. You can park in the Inspiration Point lot and wait at Tram Central, a shady arbor with benches. The tram will deliver you to into the heart of Balboa Park.
*Summer Hours: Daily 9am to 8pm.
Trams pick up from Tram Central every 8-10 minutes (at peak times, 20-40 minutes). Riders may also board at one of the designated pick-up areas around the Park. Make your first stop the Balboa Park Visitors Center (stop 1 after Tram Central) in the House of Hospitality where you can pick up a bi-monthly Events Guide and a detailed map.

Valet
Valet parking is available for a small fee in front of The Prado Restaurant at the House of Hospitality. Hours of service are:
- Friday: 5:00 pm - Midnight
- Saturday: 10:00 am - Midnight
- Sunday: 10:00 am - 10:00 pm
- Mondays: no valet parking
